Clergy Abuse filing deadline December 31st

December 31, 2003 marks the last day that victims of
priest abuse can file claims against their perpetrators. Over 550
brave people have already come forward to ensure that these molesters will not continue to ruin other lives. However, it is imperative that everyone who suffered at the hands of priests, help to remove these predators from positions where they can attack again.

Those of you who have been reluctant to come forward because of shame, guilt, fear, and emotional pain, these are emotions shared by many of your fellow abused. We strongly recommend you contact SNAP members (contact information below) with your concerns and answers to any questions you might have in order to allow for an informed decision before it is too late.

This is an historic opportunity not only to make a significant change in the way the church has responded to child abuse by their priests in the past, but to ensure that future generations of children will never be subjected again to these unspeakable acts.

Kiesel, Boucher and Larson support the tremendous efforts of SNAP and we encourage those interested in getting involved to contact them.

Description of Case:

Kiesel, Boucher & Larson, LLP provide victims of clergy abuse the nation's first confidential class action lawsuit.

We currently represent in excess of one hundred molestation victims in California. For a private, CONFIDENTIAL, consultation feel free to call upon us either directly at 800-356-9898 or email via our secure victim form.

Charges that have recently come to light regarding sexual abuse of children by clergy members throughout our state and country have become shockingly common and are extremely disturbing.

Those predators who took advantage of young boys and girls at their most vulnerable must be held accountable for the sins of the fathers and those who have protected them. This office is working hard to make this happen.
